We are recruiting for a Regional Clinical Service Manager on a fixed-term basis to work on projects at EMS Healthcare.

Job Overview

The role is varied and we're looking for somebody agile, who can work autonomously but inspire a team. You will be overseeing the delivery and management of clinical research projects in your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining sufficient staffing on the units
  • Ensuring staff are trained appropriately
  • Being a point of escalation for any clinical queries or concerns
  • Assisting with auditing, monitoring and inspection
  • Ensuring staff compliance with EMS Healthcare policies and procedures

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of clinical research projects in your region.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years working in a research setting
  • Experience in the conduct of clinical trials
  • Experience of leading teams in a clinical research setting
  • NMC registration
  • Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions
  • Able to travel throughout the UK and Overseas if required
