We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Hampshire Wheelchair Service team.

The successful candidate will use their clinical skills to assess the mobility needs of adults and children with complex needs, and to prescribe manual and powered wheelchairs with associated posture management and pressure management accessories.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will supervise junior staff and provide clinical guidance to other non-clinical colleagues in the service.

You will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to deliver contractual service performance of a high quality that demonstrates a personalised approach with measured outcomes.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a customer-focused service.

Experience of working with patients with long-term or deteriorating medical conditions would be advantageous.

You must be registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Clinical Scientist, or registered as a Nurse with the NMC.

A full current UK driving licence for a manual transmission vehicle is also required.
