Business Development Representative

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Outside Sales Team. In this role, you'll work closely with merchants to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting and discovery calls to identify potential sales opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies using a consultative approach
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to convert and close cold leads
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet market needs
- Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities and outcomes
Your Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Strong new business development skills and ability to drive deals independently
- Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
