About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will work collaboratively with other staff to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance to residents, promoting their dignity and respect at all times.
  • Supporting residents with daily activities, such as meals, bathing, and dressing.
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress.
