Job Description:
Our Senior Commercial Consultancy Advisor role involves coordinating the provision of management services from contract signature to completion. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical expertise on the administration of building contracts and issuing certificates.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in commercial management, contract administration, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of BIM techniques and applications.
- Negotiation and analytical skills.
- Digitally competent.
- Quantity surveying/cost management degree or equivalent.
- Professional membership of RICS or CIOB.
- Continuous professional development commitment.
