We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Expert to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Experience in menu production and confident input
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Competitive hourly rate
- 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
- Flexible scheduling, including morning and afternoon shifts
