Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards
  • Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Working collaboratively with the FOH team to drive service excellence
  • Monitoring sanitation practices to ensure compliance with regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking

Package Details

  • £ per hour
  • 40 hours per week
  • Any hours worked out of contracted hours will be paid time and a half
  • 5 days out of 7
  • 06:00-14:30 or 11:00-19:30 (must be able to do both shift patterns)
  • Free car parking onsite
