About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering outstanding results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services
  • Work independently to maintain a strong brand reputation and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for referrals and business growth
  • Implement and maintain operational planning and financial control systems
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of the area strategy to drive profitable growth and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Proven track record in the residential lettings industry with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of Solihull and surrounding areas with a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
  • Ability to build new client relationships, leverage existing relationships, and maximize revenue through quality instructions and book growth
  • Sound understanding of marketing and the marketing cycle with the ability to provide constructive advice to landlords
  • Strong presence in front of a camera with the ability to engage and appeal to a wide audience
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term performance through book growth
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • On-target earnings of up to £70,000 per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • Guaranteed monthly commission amount while building your pipeline
