Join Our Team as a Lettings Partner in Solihull

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and lettings growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives to attract new clients
  • Work independently to maintain the brand's reputation and build strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for referrals and growth
  • Implement and ensure compliance of operational planning and financial control systems
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the Residential Lettings industry with a strong knowledge of the market
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively unsupervised, with a strong focus on building internal and external relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills and a reputation for delivering outstanding results
  • Drive to earn and a willingness to continuously develop yourself
  • Strong knowledge of Solihull and surrounding areas
  • Ability to build new client relationships, leverage existing relationships, and maximize revenue through quality instructions and book growth
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to predict and react accordingly
  • Strong presence in front of a camera and ability to engage with an audience
  • Ability to conduct the basics, including canvassing, prospecting, social media, video, 5-star reviews, and door knocking
