Job Description
This role involves working as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of the service. You will be responsible for managing your delegated caseload, providing individualised and personalised direct patient care, and facilitating the development of self-care and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional Registration (RN Child/RSCN), Post-registration qualification in Diabetes care or evidence of further study in the same, Degree-level study in nursing-related subject, IT expertise including use of Excel, Word, Twinkle. Experience of Diabetes management, including inpatient and outpatient care, Evidence of professional/clinical knowledge supported by specialist clinical/managerial training, Clinical experience at Band 5 or above, Evidence of continuing professional development.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, pro rata.
