Production Line Manager

About The Role:
As a key member of the Red Rock Partnership team, you will be responsible for the management and performance of a designated production line, ensuring compliance with quality standards and departmental KPIs. This includes managing resources such as stock, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational effectiveness measures including product waste reduction, right first-time quality processing, labor utilization, productivity, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure all line resources are utilized effectively and maintain accurate records of labor and raw materials.
- Train new and inexperienced team members in accordance with training plans and SOPs.
- Ensure a high level of housekeeping and hygiene is maintained in the production area.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date management information and control documentation.
About You:
This role requires prior supervisory experience, prioritization skills, effective time management, attention to detail, good numeracy skills, and good communication skills. Experience working to KPIs is also essential.
