We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at The Three Locks in Stoke Hammond.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drink, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory and labor expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and promotions
