About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at The Three Locks in Stoke Hammond. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team and driving business growth through exceptional customer service, menu innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage menu development, inventory, and supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the Oakman Group's award-winning training academy to develop and implement training programs for team members
