Commercial Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Commercial Team on a GBP20m New Build Project in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as the commercial lead on a high-profile project, developing and encouraging project team performance to ensure successful execution of contractual obligations and strategies.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for commercially leading the project from start to finish, producing external valuations and cash flow to maximise project value, and managing main and subcontract final accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in commercial experience. Industrial/Leisure/Data Centres or Life Science experience is highly desirable, as well as a degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management.
