The role is part of British American Tobacco UK's Trade Marketing function and has a fixed-term contract of 12 months.

As a key member of the team, you will support and implement initiatives that drive volume growth, market share expansion, and profitability within a defined portfolio of accounts, aligned with the Global Travel Retail marketing strategy and guidelines.

You will work closely with retailers and distributors across multiple geographies, supporting the Europe-based Global Travel Retail business unit to deliver its annual targets and help realize the group's vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to manage accounts end-to-end, focusing on delivering volume growth, market share, and profit as expected.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and establish partnerships with key account operational staff.
  • Lead the execution of account plans, driving the launch and implementation of new categories while ensuring day-to-day operations are carried out efficiently.
  • Maximize trade spend efficiency through retail, distribution partners, and agencies.
  • Support consistent business reviews for key accounts.
  • Analyze and report on responsible markets and accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, trade marketing, or activation; Global Travel Retail experience and managing large complex accounts is beneficial.
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, and financial skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in working independently and achieving desired results.
  • Forecast and planning experience.
