About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee resource levels, including absence management, annual leave, and overtime
  • Administer systems, including ERP, safety near misses, and quality management
  • Diagnose, inspect, and assess vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure stores and equipment are used correctly and unused materials are returned
  • Complete job cards, documentation, and test certificates
Requirements
  • Experience with heavy vehicles, preferably HGVs
  • Military vehicle experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to manage people, teams, and individuals
  • Competent PC user with MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and ERP system
  • Ability to make rational decisions and challenge awkward conversations
