Capital Delivery Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Delivery Support Manager to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. This is a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension at the client's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide the Capital Delivery team in implementing best practices for capital scheme delivery.
  • Contribute to the planning, procurement, and management of the capital works programme.
  • Ensure effective allocation of work using internal and external resources to deliver the programme.
  • Monitor schemes within the programme, tracking progress, quality, spend, resident satisfaction, and risks, and provide regular update reports.
  • Manage the performance of contractors and technical consultants.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in capital project and programme delivery within public sector housing management.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Knowledge of design development and construction processes from RIBA 0 to stage 7.
  • Educated to degree level or significant relevant professional experience.
