Join Our Team as an Early Years Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Apprentice at Bright Horizons Inglewood Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged from birth to five years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver engaging and interactive play experiences for our children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, communicating daily on their child's activities and progress.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the well-being and development of our children.
  • Support the implementation of our learning curriculum, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, working closely with your Assessor to achieve your formal qualification.

Requirements:
  • Commitment to completing your Apprenticeship and achieving your formal qualification.
  • GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 2. If not already held, a willingness to complete Functional Skills alongside your Apprenticeship.
  • Previous experience working with children is beneficial, but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
