Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Parkhaven Trust's Nursing Home, James Page in Maghull. As an RGN, you will be responsible for the welfare of up to 36 service users with varying levels of support, ensuring that their care, health, and social needs are met in a way that respects their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including the security of the home and the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage medication, provide personal care, and support service users with their well-being, general health, and mobility.
  • Lead a team of carers in a multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that the needs of each service user are met.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered General Nurse PIN.
  • Prior experience in adult social care or a strong understanding of the regulatory framework.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing medication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
