About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Windmill9 Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-quality AST residential properties, ensuring that each home meets our client's high standards of quality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Be the friendly face of the company, handling lettings queries and building strong relationships with valued tenants.
  • Property Care: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of a premium property portfolio, ensuring each home meets our client's high standards of quality and comfort.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage internal databases, keeping track of rents and tenancies with precision and care.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular property inspections, maintaining the exceptional standards your clients expect.
  • Legal Compliance: Navigate legal requirements with confidence, including serving notices and contributing to service charge budgets.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships with contractors, sourcing quotes and managing projects to successful completion.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire the administrative staff and in-house contractors, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for property management. You must have previous experience working within Lettings as a Property Manager, ideally within Residential lettings or block lettings. This will also mean you have an understanding of letting and leaseholder agreements. A driving license is required for this role as you will occasionally be required to attend external appointments.
