We require a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team.
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, reflecting the local cost of living.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves processing timesheets and subsequent payments to workers across various payment vehicles.
The successful candidate will also produce invoices in the required format and send them to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll submissions accurately and efficiently using technology.
- Preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly reports to each brand.
- Ensuring timely payment of workers' wages, including holiday pay.
- Providing support with relevant documents prior to action.
- Resolving payroll queries and worker requests regarding payments, holiday pay, P45 requests, and other related matters.
- Delivering client invoices in the required format with supporting documentation.
- Production of credit notes and invoice amendments as needed.
- Collaboration with Credit Control to resolve invoice queries and amend invoices within the technology platform.
- Adherence to guidelines, policies, and procedures for payroll and invoice processing.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Payroll administration.
- An understanding of administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
