Data Insights Manager

At Southdown, we are seeking a skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our business insight. As a leading provider of care, support, and supported housing across Sussex, we recognize the importance of leveraging data to drive value for money and service improvement for our tenants.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Housing & Assets to build self-service reporting, track housing performance, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in developing our capabilities regarding data and insight, enabling us to make informed decisions that benefit our tenants and stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you will require excellent data analysis and numeracy skills, as well as experience in SQL and database systems. Familiarity with reporting packages such as PowerBI or SSRS is an advantage. If you can make a difference with data, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive salary of £41,655 per annum, which will increase to £42,336 from February 2025.
