Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Officer in the Highways department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and assistance to the team managing the maintenance, improvement, and asset management functions of the highway network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general and technical support to the team, including facility management and health and safety within the Hook depot.
  • Take and prepare minutes from team meetings and develop excellent relationships with support staff, engineers, and technical teams.
  • Support the technical team to manage enquiries and feedback on resource issues and pressures to the Highway Operation Centre.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and data, and provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
