Counselling Psychologist Support Worker

- To support students with complex needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated difficulties.
- To develop and implement creative strategies to engage students and promote their learning.
- To work collaboratively as part of a team to create better outcomes and life chances for our students.
- To participate in fully funded training and qualifications to support professional development.
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of Psychology and be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of our students. They will also have excellent communication skills, be patient and empathetic, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
The salary for this position is £12.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are full-time, term-time only, from 8:30am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday). The contract is temporary-permanent, with the option to convert to permanent after a trial period.
