Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Training Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience delivering training in care homes, health and social care environments, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £35,000 basic salary, plus £5,000 car allowance, contributory pension, and healthcare scheme.

About the Role
This permanent, home-based position requires travel across the region, covering south-east England and Scotland. You will work with various training materials, supplied by our client, including laptops and phones. All mileage and overnight stays will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for care home staff
- Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Coach and mentor caregivers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements
- Proven experience in training delivery, preferably in care homes or health and social care environments
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess learning effectiveness
