About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide a warm and welcoming service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-level welcome and efficient patient-focused service, promoting a positive image of the Trust.
- Act as the first point of contact for all patients, healthcare professionals, and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information at all times, handling sensitive and confidential documents with care.
- Provide administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team, including maintaining patient records, making appointments, and preparing correspondence.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, laminating, and shredding documents.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. You will have a minimum of OCR/RSA II typing/word processing or equivalent level of knowledge and experience, as well as English Language and Maths GCSE Level C or equivalent.
