Job Summary:
Magna International Inc. is a leading automotive supplier seeking a skilled Equipment Availability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance efforts on the 2nd shift, ensuring maximum equipment availability and minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, leadership, and operations, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. In addition to their technical expertise, they should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as business acumen. Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance technicians to improve equipment availability and minimize downtime
- Implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Ensure accurate performance reporting and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Maintenance Tech II classification
- 4+ years of maintenance and supervisory experience
- Proven knowledge of operations, exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and creative problem-solving abilities
