Magna International Inc. is a leading automotive supplier, and we are currently seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking, as well as knowledge of equipment performance analysis and spare parts inventory management.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical and dental coverage, retirement savings matching, and profit sharing.

About the Job:

  • Perform equipment performance analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and participate in ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Quality, and Productivity) are being achieved.
  • Schedule and assist with contractors for daily and weekend PMs and projects.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Qualification in a recognized trade or two years' experience in a Maintenance Planning role.
  • Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) designation preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
