Job Opportunity: Account Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team at Aston Charles. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their risks are adequately covered. This role will involve working with a range of clients, including property management companies, resident management companies, and right to manage companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their risks are adequately covered
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
