Your Impact:

As the Head of SEO Strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that enhances our organic search rankings and overall digital presence. You'll work closely with our marketing, content, and technical teams to integrate SEO objectives with our overall business strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the company's comprehensive SEO strategy, incorporating the latest trends and algorithms to drive organic search rankings and digital presence.
  • Manage relationships with key external stakeholders and vendors, ensuring partnerships deliver maximum value aligned with our SEO goals.
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration to integrate SEO objectives with overall business strategies, working closely with marketing, content, and technical teams.
  • Drive innovation of new SEO tools, analysis, and processes, leveraging advanced analytics to refine strategies and achieve superior results in competitive analysis and market penetration.
  • Represent the SEO team in senior management meetings, presenting trading progress, insights, and strategic recommendations to inform broader business decisions and resource allocation.

Your Skillset:

  • Proven track record in leading and managing SEO teams to deliver ambitious strategic goals.
  • A proactive and professional 'can-do' attitude.
  • A proven track record of leading SEO projects with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of proactively identifying and resolving complex SEO problems.
  • Expert Technical SEO knowledge.
  • Comfortable with analysing large data sets and executing SQL queries.
  • Ambition to deliver big impact in a growing business.
  • A hands-on style, with the ability to operate at multiple levels.
  • A strong understanding of commercial, customer, and technical KPIs that determine success in SEO.
