Role Title: Recruitment, Learning and Development Administrator

Location: Hybrid

Salary: £23,000

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment, Learning and Development Administrator to join our team at The Business Connection Group. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently in line with company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential clients, including handling telephone enquiries and responding to emails.
  • Assist Executives with administrative tasks and marketing activities, including managing training courses and e-learning.
  • Conduct telephone screenings for potential clients and participate in face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate all training attendance and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
