We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Allington Court Bupa Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and promoting a culture of excellence within our home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
- Create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, as well as fostering a sense of community within the home.
- Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile and promote our services.
Requirements:
- Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
- Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
- Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
