Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills. As a School Administrator and Admissions Co-ordinator, you will provide support to the School Secretary with the daily running of the School Office, including managing pupil and staff databases, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

This is an exciting opportunity to join St Paul's Cathedral School as we look for an additional member to support our team in the School Office. We are a co-educational independent preparatory school located in the heart of London, catering to children aged 4-13. Our unique boarding provision accommodates the choristers of St Paul's Cathedral.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the admissions process for day pupils, providing a welcoming experience for prospective parents and pupils, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process. You will also assist the Senior Team with administration tasks as required and contribute to the overall efficiency of the School Office.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
