Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the production plant, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage the finance and KPIs of the Operation department, including return on investment and process efficiency.
- Implement Lean techniques and streamline processes to improve productivity and quality.
- Lead the overhaul of production processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of large plant equipment and maintenance work processes.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Practical engineering and leadership skills.
