About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premises and Facilities Manager to join our team at Modality Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of our West Hull Health Hub site.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing multiple sites and teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained, and that our staff and patients have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, including maintenance, repairs, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities management processes.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our staff and patients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site maintenance, repairs, and facilities management activities.
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure that our sites are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience of facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and facilities management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Logical and systematic in work processes.
