We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Together Trust. As a key member of our residential childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing support for children and young people with their physical, emotional, and social needs.

About the Role

As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to prepare and assist children and young people to fulfill the aims of their person-centered plan. You will support them to develop life skills, work flexibly to undertake a range of duties, and contribute to assessment and appraisal of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for children and young people with their physical, emotional, and social needs

Requirements
