Swimming Pool and Sports Facilities Duty Manager
Millfield School is seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our swimming pools and sports facilities.
About the Role
We are looking for a candidate with a valid NPLQ certification and previous experience in lifeguarding and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a confident and outgoing demeanor, strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of lifeguards and swim teachers, performing lifeguard duties, and ensuring the safety and welfare of all users. They will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling equipment, maintaining the facilities' cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supervising the Cricket Centre and Golf Centre.
