Customer Service Representative Opportunity

16 Hours P/W - flexible hours available

Various shifts between the hours of 6.45am and 11pm

Including evenings and weekends

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at SPAR. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store. You will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answering customer inquiries, and processing customer purchases efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries about products and services.
  • Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
  • Upsell selected products to customers.
  • Store Operations:
  • Work stock, check deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Complete additional assigned tasks, such as date checking and stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
  • Reliably follows instructions and procedures with excellent attention to detail.
  • Some understanding of legislative responsibilities of a retail environment.
  • Ability to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Keen and enthusiastic approach to working in a team.
