Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and attentive service.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our menu and beverage options to increase sales and revenue.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and operation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverages is an advantage.
