We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at Lolo, a vibrant and lively restaurant in Bermondsey Street. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our kitchen and service teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Restaurant Server in a similar operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
