We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our client's team in the UK and Ireland. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret construction drawings to provide clear communication on site.
  • Ensure accurate setting out, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site.
  • Influence site progress and ensure programme deadlines are met.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety aspects are adhered to.
  • Continuously develop knowledge in the industry and implement best practice guidance.
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in residential builds, labour & materials management, and Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Numeracy and IT skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • A full driving licence and relevant site cards.
