Site Engineer Opportunity

Cherry Professional is working with a leading Civil Engineering and Building company to find a skilled Site Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work on multiple projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and communicate construction drawings on site for layouts, material measurements, and other critical information.
  • Ensure accurate setting and implementation of project plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement RAMS and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage labour and materials, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Contribute to the development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Relevant degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in residential builds is advantageous.
  • Strong initiative, accountability, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and drive the team to meet key targets.
  • Previous experience in managing labour and materials.
  • Health and safety responsibilities.
  • Numeracy and IT skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
