Job Title: Back-end Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Back-end Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our back-end systems, providing technical direction and guidance to the team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the back-end development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Take ownership of large-scale projects, working closely with senior management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in back-end engineering roles, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects, drive results, and mentor team members.
  • Proficiency in Python and fluency in *nix flavors.
  • Strong understanding of data management, APIs, and infrastructure, with the ability to architect scalable solutions.
  • An interest in DevOps and Machine Learning.
