**Job Title:** Automotive Sector Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Summary and Main Purpose:** We are seeking an exceptional talent acquisition specialist to join our Remit Group team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for generating apprenticeship vacancies and identifying existing employees to enroll on suitable apprenticeships within the automotive sector.

This role involves closely coaching the recruitment team leaders to optimize their teams' performance, identifying, designing, and delivering effective training plans to achieve ambitious growth targets within the automotive sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising and implementing new recruitment strategies and initiatives to improve the whole recruitment process.
  • Ensuring the teams focus on face-to-face and via telephone/cold calling, field sales, and foot marketing to generate Apprentice vacancy opportunities and existing employees to enroll, objection handling, and promoting the benefits of Apprenticeships.
  • Leading on the successful role matching of apprentices to vacancies, with a specific focus on the Automotive learners.
  • Monthly completion of the teams' 121 driving the performance and generating new business where possible.
  • Work to monthly targets associated with commercial business.
  • Management of MI analyzing daily/weekly/monthly data trends.
  • Enrol learners where necessary onto programmes, apprenticeship or commercial.
  • Responsibility for producing, monitoring, and reviewing a set of recruitment KPIs that the performance of the team will be held accountable against.
  • Steering focus to the highest quality and speed of recruitment.
  • Lead driver for all recruitment team training initiatives.
  • Working to ensure that Remit's CRM is as good as it possibly can be in terms of supporting the team to continually exceed their targets and providing full performance visibility to internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify improvements and developments to the system which will enhance the recruitment function for your team & applicants.
  • Leading on reviewing, writing, and implementing recruitment processes and documentation and ensuring these are streamlined, consistent, and of the highest possible standard.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment, filling, and advertising activity/cost-effectiveness.
  • Maximising the opportunities to promote Remit's identity through branding.
  • Responsible for supporting the growth of our business through continuing to build and motivate a high performing recruitment team.
  • Responsible for creating, delivering, monitoring, and continually reviewing Annual and Monthly recruitment plans.
  • Managing, developing, and driving all recruitment partnerships to achieve company objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Educated to GCSE level grade C or above including Maths & English (or equivalent).
  • Computer Skills (ECDL or equivalent in Company training).
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.

**Salary:** £ 45,000 - 65,000 per annum
