Key Responsibilities- Develop robust product designs that meet the latest industry standards and regulations.
- Lead the design release and engineering change process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Apply FMEA and VAVE techniques to optimize product quality, cost, and speed to market.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and incorporate best practice design principles.
- Ensure product designs are compliant, robust, and fit for purpose.
- Proven mechanical product design capabilities.
- Proficient in 3D design packages, preferably Solid Works and driveworks.
- Ability to operate Finite Element Analysis simulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative approach to complex engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
