Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Dalziel Park Head Office. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for promoting our hospitality services and coordinating events to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Coordinate events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to stimulate trade and ensure competitor advantage
  • Assist with the organization of internal wedding fayres and other sales-related events
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and event details

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
