We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conveyancing Case Handler to join our team at Capio Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Learn to manage a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Training and Development: Receive comprehensive training and guidance from an experienced onboarding manager to develop your skills in case handling and fee earning.
  • Client Interaction: Develop your abilities in client communication and provide updates on case progress, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents and property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in residential property, whether in remortgages, post-completion, or a related area.
  • Ambition: A strong desire to learn and grow into a case handler role with a keen interest in residential property law.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from an onboarding manager.
  • Qualifications: Relevant experience or qualifications in property law is advantageous but not essential.
