About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Trustee to join our client's team in London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pension and investment-related roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

As a Professional Trustee, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our client's pension schemes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and deliver a secure financial future for their members.

You will work closely with our client's existing trustee team, providing a fresh perspective and contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Our client is a leading provider of appointable trustees, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to some of the UK's largest employers.

The role offers a generous starting package, including a base salary of up to £100k, plus bonus and benefits.

As a Professional Trustee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, with career progression to full trustee director expected to take three to six years.

The pension industry is a fast-growing area, with 20% revenue growth over the last three years and a continued rise in trustee appointments.

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, commercial experience, and the ability to develop new relationships and win the trust of sponsors and trustee boards.
