Policy and Procedure Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Policy and Procedure Coordinator to join our team at Nisbets.
About the RoleAs a Policy and Procedure Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective policies and procedures across our business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new policies and procedures as required.
- Providing guidance and support to employees on policy and procedure implementation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive base salary of £26,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus (pro rata for part-time), 20 days holiday, and access to ongoing training and support.
In addition, we provide an Employee Assist programme with access to 24-hour counselling and hundreds of high street discounts.
