About the Job

As a Financial Crime Manager, you will be responsible for responding to technical queries and overseeing increased risk scenarios referred from front-line customer administration teams. You will also support cross-functional anti-financial crime initiatives, including key projects, maintaining framework documents, and providing technical guidance to other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement prevention strategies to mitigate financial crime risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on anti-money laundering, customer due diligence, and customer risk assessment.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including front-line customer administration teams.
What You'll Get
